Quelcun
Quelcún is a project made by Tierra Sur Chile located in the mythical island of Chiloé, Chonchi commune, oriented to a life in contact with nature. The subdivision is perched on the shore of the Pacific Ocean with main access roads, just minutes from the city of Chonchi, less than 14 kilometers from Castro and 2,000 meters from the Quinched Marina. Each land starts from a surface of 5,000 square meters, and the project contains an underground electrical network and a private path to the sea. From all the plots there is an abysmal panoramic view of the sea, volcanoes and islands.
